Hello,
I've
been
contemplating the difference between reacting and responding
during these changing times. Reacting leads to repeating old patterns
in everyday
decisions, projects and relationships. Responding starts with an
in-breath to grow awareness and remember choice in the face of
challenge before moving forward.
Over the years, I've found guided visualization to be a great way to develop
response-ability. Exploring inner landscapes not only reduces stress,
it also provides insight into life and business through imagery tailored by you for you.
Now, more than
ever, we need to invest in ourselves so we can discover tools to
sustain us from within. At the same time, finances are tight. In
response to both needs, I'm creating a flexible, affordable, guided visualization group twice a month in San Francisco. To supplement support, anyone who attends will be
eligible for individual coaching sessions at a discounted rate. For
those with more specific business needs, I'm also offering a new special below.
