 Hello!
I've been noticing what can happen after we engage
inner hunger. Intuition opens and inspiration arrives, connecting us
with a creative energy that can feel bigger than ourselves.
It's
normal to feel excited by the potential in a vision and overwhelmed by
the work involved in actualizing it. How can we develop a balanced
relationship between realizing dreams and daily living?
For me,
creating an intention helps. I start with a discovered intuition and
turn it into a statement, a flexible affirmation. Then I begin holding
the intention with conscious awareness without emphasizing an exact
outcome (the why of this is for another day). Holding instead of acting
allows the creative energy behind the intention, the intention itself
and daily life to interact, forming a path towards realizing potential.
I've been holding an intention to support and connect with other holistic practitioners.

Sacred Dance offers an evening of joy and self-discovery through personal expression. Held by Staci Boden and Jill Pettegrew
in a ceremonial atmosphere amidst candles and a labyrinth moon altar,
Sacred Dance begins with a short check-in and introduction. We follow
with prayers, personal intentions and guided visualization to create
sacred space and awaken the dancer within. Accompanied by a blend of
tribal, world, electronic and pop music, we then enter a realm where
movement and voice become medicine to nourish intuition and embody
authenticity. No previous experience necessary!

SpiralMuse's purpose of the Full Moon Dance Events are to provide a
gorgeous, playful, fun, and expressive space for women to feel the
freedom to ecstatically dance their body, minds and spirits. We do
this through providing music, guidance, yoga, kirtan, altars and ritual
and connecting women to the ancient wisdom of the moon's teachings, so
that each woman's truest heart and passion is released and thrives in
her dance of life.

arts practitioners, this evening hosts a panel of fellow community
members who share the nuts and bolts of how to create and grow a small
business. A meet and greet follows providing an opportunity to network
and exchange resources.

and intuition. Join Staci for an ongoing drop-in group where
participants learn guided visualization--and receive its
benefits--through practice. For anyone who has found meditating
challenging (or not), guided visualization offers another way to
enhance awareness and well-being. Absolutely no experience necessary to
attend. This is not a series, begin anytime.
