Realizing Potential in Life & Business

Hello,
With
2010 already moving fast, I've been savoring the wisdom of
relationship. After years of assisting, last weekend I led my first
Maitri Breathwork alongside a great team. During the breathwork, music
gave me a surprising gift.
I began studying world music about 9 years ago because it was essential in co-creating Sacred Dance and assisting
Maitri Breathwork. My love for these healing ways trumped resistance and time spent listening turned unfamiliar songs into a source of nourishment. Last weekend as my collection of music played at the breathwork, each song mirrored a point of connection and navigation. Where
Maitri Breathwork had ushered music into my life, music now made my introduction to
leading Maitri a welcome home. In this way, the love and effort we pour into relationship holds us as we enter new realms.
The next month continues to reveal how relationship grows
relationship. Sacred Dance stays live with DJing on February 5th.
Jill and I initiate an ongoing Women's Sacred Dance on February 25th to connect women, healing and body movement. Future Maitri Breathworks are in the works--I'm on staff for the Maitri Breathwork Training
Program and can keep you current. And after an inspiring women's entrepreneurship workshop, I'm still collecting names to facilitate collaboration among holistic business practitioners.
February marks a time to purify and seed the future, how will your garden grow?

 Sacred Dance™
freestyle, intuitive, body movement
Sacred
Dance offers an evening of joy, healing and self-discovery through
personal expression. Held in a ceremonial atmosphere amidst candles and
a labyrinth moon altar, Sacred Dance begins with a short check-in and
introduction. We follow with prayers, personal intentions and guided
visualization to create sacred space and awaken the dancer within.
Accompanied by a blend of tribal, world, electronic and pop music by DJ
Jillicious, we then enter a realm where movement and voice become
medicine to nourish intuition and embody authenticity. No previous
experience necessary!

Beyond Exercise, I'll Meet You There By Staci Boden
As my husband Alex and I drove down the coast for a weekend
getaway, we fantasized about life after our two middle schoolers. Salsa
lessons. Slow weekend mornings without little league. A Thai cooking class.
When Alex mentioned moving out of San Francisco, I was game until he suggested
Santa Cruz.
My stomach turned. "Nope, I need to be within 20 minutes of
the city by car."
Alex pushed down on the gas pedal. "You just can't leave
your mother." click here to read more....
