 Hello,
As September moves towards the harvest time, it
seems like there's a lot to sort through. For me, the air in pubic
places has been feeling heavy, thick with concerns about wellness from
health to finances. In these moments, remembering healing tools helps
me navigate daily life. A few days ago, I began singing a favorite song
at Trader Joe's (quietly!). Yesterday, I breathed earth into my feet
while standing in a crowded room. Today, a conversation over coffee
inspired connection and a great to-do list.
This
season I'm continuing to share ways to help people develop tools across
the Bay Area. After a year, our East Bay Women's Healing Circle has a
couple open spaces-if you're hungry for an all women ongoing monthly
intensive, contact me ASAP, as the first meeting is Sunday, September 20th. For a day of transformation, experience Maitri Breathwork on September 26th in El Granada (I'll be there assisting). You're also invited to leap through the veil with an evening of Sacred Dance on October 23rd in San Francisco.

 Maitri Breathwork
~"Maitri" is Sanskrit for unconditional loving-kindness towards oneself and others
Through
simple breathing techniques, non-ordinary states of consciousness are
achieved, allowing us to feel, clear and heal unconscious patterns. In
this safe and supportive healing environment, breathers may enter into
deep, intuitive states of consciousness that empower one's self toward
personal growth. The
Maitri Breathwork experience is supported with a combination of
cross-cultural, world and eclectic music, evocative scents and hands-on
bodywork.
Following
this process, breathers may create mandalas (drawings) to capture some
of the meaning of their experience. Two light meals are served and at
the end of the workshop, the group "circles-up", creating a safe space
for breathers to share. The workshop consists of two breathwork
sessions where each person experiences breathwork as both a breather
and a sitter.

Sacred Dancefreestyle, intuitive, body movement
Sacred Dance offers an evening of joy and self-discovery through personal expression. Held by Staci Boden and Jill Pettegrew
in a ceremonial atmosphere amidst candles and a labyrinth moon altar,
Sacred Dance begins with a short check-in and introduction. We follow
with prayers, personal intentions and guided visualization to create
sacred space and awaken the dancer within. Accompanied by a blend of
tribal, world, electronic and pop music, we then enter a realm where
movement and voice become medicine to nourish intuition and embody
authenticity. No previous experience necessary!
